Please note that our roof top terrace is only open Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 - 18:00 o'clock. It is closed on cloudy and rainy days.

Sound and light show at the Karlsruhe castle
The roof terrace of the Hotel am Markt overlooking the Karlsruhe rooftops offers a great viewpoint to watch the castle’s breath-taking sound and light show. Every evening, the castle’s façade is enlightened with sophisticated multi-coloured projections accompanied with various sounds. The show is fascinating!

Recovered and vaccinated people can still visit our Hotel am Markt Karlsruhe with a valid proof of authorisation.
For all our guests who are not vaccinated, a visit is only possible with PCR Test. Please bring your proof of vaccination in form of an official vaccination passport or in form of digital proof via an app or your negative PCR Test.
Children and pupils are excluded from this regulation.
